The Royal Karnataka Expedition
For the third time in two years, my wife and I took a trip to India with Trinetra Tours. This time, our journey through Karnataka was not just a tourist trip, but one that allowed us to get to know the people, culture, and art of a great Indian state. As always, the organization was perfect, thanks to Tapas, Arjun, and Mahendra.Our guide, Raghavendra, was a great help, teaching us with skill many aspects of the Hindu religion reflected in the wonderful sculptures of the temples of the Chalukya, Hoysala, and Vijayanagara dynasties. Our driver, Shankar, masterfully drove thousands of kilometers from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. We hope to return soon to see the inexhaustible wonders of India with Trinetra Tours!
