Trinetra Tours Reviews

An Amazing journey in safe hands.
I went to India in January for the first time, with a very good friend of nearly fifty years. We have both been widowed during the last three years, so it was quite an emotional first big trip abroad 'without the other half', for both of us. Choosing a tour company and method of travel is immediately more difficult for elderly single women, but Trinetra Tours was recommended to me by someone who has travelled with them many times, so from the outset I felt comfortable. As soon as the director made contact with me I was confident that we would be well taken care of. After hearing our tentative plans he guided us through what was going to be possible and what might be difficult, enabling us to reach decisions and be happy that we were going to see all we wanted to in the three weeks we were going to be away. Emails and WhatsApps pinged back and forth until everyone was happy,We flew into Delhi where our first of many guides was waiting for us with a friendly smile and a garland of Marigolds each, and we were then whisked away in a waiting car to our first hotel to freshen up and begin our exciting tour. From then on, our every need was catered for. The guides and drivers were all extremely polite and respectful, as well as being friendly and patient. Their knowledge and passion for their country shone through every sentence. We learned so much about India's history, culture and customs...it was amazing.I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone travelling to this part of the world. We felt safe, nourished and cared for the whole time we were away. From little things like helping us to change money, get the right e-sim for our phones, to guiding us seamlessly through crowds and queues, making sure we didn't trip over steps, making sure we stayed hydrated...nothing was too much trouble. Five stars all the way for Tapas and his staff, and a huge Thank you
