Best experience ever - we are blown away!
The most incredible experience with Trinetra Tours from start to finish - from the very beginning Tapas was so diligent, responsive and patient and put together itineraries for us to refer to and change, Tapas really listened to what we hoped for and had some incredible recommendations.We were blown away at the service we received and it was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We did a Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) tour that was suited to our tight time frame and hope for authentic experiences. At each location, a representative from Trinetra met with us, supported us with check in and check outs from hotels and was on hand to support us. We also had dedicated guides in each area, who were very knowledgable, professional and fun - all having their own personalities, always taking photos for us, and helping us maximise the most of our time - we would never have been able to learn and do so much without them.We felt so privileged that as part of our tour we were invited into Tapas, Krishna and Arjun’s home for an evening of heartfelt conversations and meetings of the mind, with such delicious authentic food. We felt very emotional having this experience! We had the same driver all throughout, Ashok. Ashok really made our trip, his calm and caring manner, professionalism, and constant smile that always brought us so much joy. We felt really seen and looked after by Ashok, he was always on hand to help, and having so much time together, really felt like he became a part of the family, and we all shed some tears saying goodbye. We miss him very much already and hope our paths cross again some day!Trinetra made our holiday from start to finish, the best service and experience we have ever had, and hope to cross paths again very soon!
