The Trinetra way
We just completed a 19 day tour of Rajasthan, Agra, Varanasi and Mumbai with Trinetra Tours. I learned from a hotel attendant in the small town of Deogarh that Trinetra means 'three eyes'. He was looking at my tour package bag given to me by the company. Emblazoned on the closing flap is an image of Lord Shiva with his 3rd eye in his forehead. How appropriate is this name! Trinetra tours is always looking out for you. Company pros like Mahendra plan your tour carefully and always inquire about your well being.My wife was ill for a portion of our trip and they showed a caring interest on a regular basis with offers to find medical help. Tapas (the company head honcho) himself called or messaged on several occasions. Kartik the company representative charged with the day to day coordination of our tour was ever so helpful. He even gave my wife a Lord Shiva figure when we met for the second time in Delhi to make our flight connection to Varanasi. Lord Shiva, I learned is full of love and compassion and removes obstacles that interfere with well being. Even though we do not profess Hinduism the thoughtful gift shows the Trinetra level of care and this was greatly appreciated.My wife's illness was a setback during our tour but we were still able to appreciate India. On a happier note, my wife had a birthday in the middle of our trip. Trinetra arranged a never ending celebration for her. Every hotel along the way was made aware of her birthday and we were greeted with floral arrangements on the bed covers or tables as well as a birthday cake on 3 occasions. This is the Trinetra family way of doing things. Thank you Tapas.I could go on but that will only be repeating the sentiments expressed in so many reviews you can read if you google 'Trinetra Tours'. I would say that Trinetra Tours enjoys a reputation that is well earned by service beyond the norm and consistency in providing it.
