The Grand Tour of South India
Together with my wife and son, I took a privat trip from 22 January to 4 February, organised by Trinetra Tours, to Tamil Nadu and Kerala. I had already experienced the value of this tour operator two years ago and was very satisfied this time as well. Our good driver, Sri, drove us in a fortnight for hundreds of kilometres from Chennai to Cochin, through magnificent Dravidian temples, pristine mountains, tea plantations. The hotels chosen by the agency were excellent, as were the local guides, and the boat trip on the Alleppey Backwaters was extraordinary. We also successfully followed a Kerala cookery course in Cochin. We left India with the desire to return soon, entrusting ourselves to the care of Trinetra Tours, which we would recommend to any traveller. Alberto
